Overview
Dry pot is a kind of Sichuan cuisine. White radish has certain effects on moistening the lungs and relieving coughs. It is rich in vitamins, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. White radish promotes digestion when eaten raw, and replenishes qi when eaten cooked. Its pungent ingredients can promote gastric juice secretion, adjust gastrointestinal function, and have anti-inflammatory effects.

Peel and cut the white radish into strips, add a little salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes, remove the water and set aside.

Cut the green and red peppers into shreds, cut the green onions and ginger into shreds, and cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until oily.
