Boiled pork slices
Overview
Soybean sprouts are sweet in taste and cool in nature. They enter the spleen and large intestine meridians. They have the effects of clearing away heat and dampness, moisturizing the skin, and have therapeutic effects on spleen and stomach dampness, constipation, and hyperlipidemia. People who are prone to constipation can eat a little more soybean sprouts. Cabbage can also improve poor defecation. Eating peppers in winter can promote sweating and reduce coldness. Green onions are also excellent for people who are prone to colds in winter.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chill the tenderloin and cut into thin slices,
-
It’s best to cut it into the shape of the picture, so that you can see your hands through the meat slices,
-
Add egg white, cooking wine, a few drops of light soy sauce, and sugar to the meat slices (adding a little can make the meat more tender) and marinate for 15 minutes,
-
Remove heads and tails from soybean sprouts, tear cabbage into small pieces, wash and set aside,
-
Heat oil and red pepper segments in a pan,
-
After sauteing, add ginger and garlic cloves, stir-fry and set aside.
-
Pour appropriate amount of oil and sauté the bean paste until fragrant,
-
Add the ingredients in step 6 and stir-fry,
-
Add scallions (I grew them myself, but they don’t grow strong, so it’s best to use scallions)
-
Add appropriate amount of water and light soy sauce,
-
Boil and add bean sprouts,
-
After the bean sprouts are broken, put them on the bottom of the bowl,
-
Cook the cabbage similarly,
-
Put it on the bean sprouts,
-
Turn off the heat, put the meat slices into the pot, break them up with chopsticks, simmer the meat slices in the residual heat, add fish sauce and salt to taste, pour into a bowl, put the chili noodles and Sichuan pepper powder in the middle, heat the sesame oil, put it on top, burst out the fragrance, sprinkle with appropriate amount of chopped green onion,
