Cut the beef into thin slices. There is a good way to cut very thin slices of meat. Wash the fresh beef and put it in the refrigerator until it reaches a semi-frozen state. In my case, I put the beef in the refrigerator for several days after I bought it. When I want to eat it, take it out and put it in cold water to defrost it. When it is in a semi-frozen state, you can slice it. Pour off the excess blood from the cut beef, then pour two spoons of fragrant rice wine and a small spoonful of sugar and marinate for five minutes, then pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, an appropriate amount of cornstarch, a third bag of boiled fish seasoning, an appropriate amount of dried chili powder, chopped ginger and garlic, an appropriate amount of green peppercorns, and finally add an egg white and mix well with your hands to marinate the beef

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer for twenty-five minutes. The ratio of boiling water to oil is generally two to one

Cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, turn on high heat. When the soup base is completely boiling, pour in the pre-marinated beef. Remember, you should break up all the beef with your hands before adding it to the pot, and add it slowly to the pot, so that the beef cooks more deliciously.
