Peel the white radish and cut into thin strips. Use a grater to cut it into finer pieces.

Cut the tofu into strips, shred the ginger, and mince the coriander.

Add a little water to the flour to make a fine dough and set aside.

Heat the oil in the wok, add shredded ginger and stir-fry.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry until shredded radish becomes transparent.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water, add shrimp skin and tofu and cook for a few minutes.

Slowly pour in the pasta water, bring to a boil again, add salt to taste, and add minced coriander.

After stirring well, add pepper according to your own taste and add a few drops of sesame oil.
