Chop the pork into minced meat.

Wash and mince green onion and ginger.

Add all the seasonings together with the meat filling and mix well.

Wash and chop the moss.

Pinch the water and mix the meat filling together.

Knead the flour, eggs and water into a dough.

Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 10 minutes.

Knead again until three times light.

Roll out the kneaded dough into dumpling wrappers.

Wrap into dumplings.
