Mapo Tofu is a famous Sichuan dish. The tofu is cooked with minced meat. The texture is spicy, fresh, crispy and tender. You can reduce the amount of chili pepper according to your personal taste

Prepare the ingredients in the picture (marine the minced meat with cooking wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce and set aside)

First cut the tofu into small pieces, put it into a pot of water and boil it, add some salt to taste, remove and drain the water and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, first add chili, ginger, garlic and green onions and saute until fragrant

Then add the minced pork and fry until cooked

Add douban to color

Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce to the pot to taste, add a little water, pour in the tofu and cook for 5 minutes (the water should be cool enough to cover the tofu)

After boiling, add water and starch to thicken. Do not use a spatula to break the tofu easily

Finally, add pepper noodles, chicken essence and coriander powder and serve on a plate
