  1. Prepare half a duck

  6. Add 10ml of soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine, and finally add 250ml of water;

  7. Put the lid on the pot, turn off the heat after 13 minutes, wait until the pressure display valve returns to its position, then remove the pressure limiting valve and open the lid;
