Beef roasted with radish
Overview
How can a winter dinner table be complete without roasted beef and radish? I also love making this dish. I ordered this dish when I ate out last time. I thought the sauce was rich and delicious, so this time I also added bean paste for seasoning, which made the taste more mellow and delicious.

Cut the beef into large pieces and soak in the bleeding water.

Put water in the pot, add beef and ginger slices, bring to a boil, add some cooking wine to boil the foam, remove and rinse with warm water.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the beef and stir-fry until the surface is lightly colored.

Add peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, rock sugar, and dried pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Add cooking wine, soybean and soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add hot water to cover the ingredients, add bean paste and bring to a boil.

Place in the electric pressure cooker and select the beef button.

Peel the white radish and cut into large pieces.

Put the cooked beef into the pot, add salt to taste, add radish and cook until the soup thickens.
