  1. Wash and cut all ingredients and set aside

  2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger and minced meat and stir-fry evenly

  8. Add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar according to your own taste and mix well

  9. Pour in the egg liquid, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and turn off the heat

  10. Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with coriander, and a few drops of sesame oil would be better.
