  6. Add tofu (you can blanch the tofu before adding it, I didn’t blanch it for simplicity), add salt and chicken essence

  7. Don't stir-fry the tofu too much, otherwise it will break. Add water, cover the pot and simmer the tofu, then add water starch to thicken it, and add green onions

  8. Remove from the pot and place on a plate, gently scoop up the tofu, then pour the remaining sauce and minced beef in the pot over the tofu
