The Lantern Festival is approaching with bright lanterns, and it’s a good time for beautiful scenery. Today is the first important festival after the Spring Festival ~ the Lantern Festival. It is the first full-moon night of the Lunar New Year, symbolizing the arrival of spring. People eat Lantern Festival, admire lanterns, and guess lantern riddles to express their congratulations. Tangyuan is the most unique must-have delicacy of the Lantern Festival. South Tangyuan and Northern Lantern Festival have different names but the same beautiful meaning. Eating glutinous rice balls symbolizes a better family reunion. I also made various kinds of glutinous rice balls for the occasion, wishing for happiness and reunion for my family in the new year! Fry black sesame seeds in a pot over low heat
