Chop green onions, slice ginger, season with seasoned eggs and set aside.

Soak the beef brisket in water to remove blood, cut into pieces and set aside.

Put the beef brisket into a pot of cold water, bring to a boil and then discard the cooking water.

Rinse away the scum with hot water, drain and set aside.

Cut radish into cubes and set aside.

Add vegetable oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, add onion and ginger to release the aroma.

Add soybean paste and stir-fry, remember to turn down the heat to avoid burns due to oil splashing.

Add beef, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

After stir-frying for a while, add an appropriate amount of hot water, a little salt, pour it into the pressure cooker, and add the seasoned eggs.
