Add Malatang seasoning. Since I can't eat very spicy food, I put half a bag in.

Slice potatoes, wash enoki mushrooms and baby cabbage and set aside. Wash the soybean sprouts and set aside. It's hidden under the baby cabbage and can't be seen. Wash appropriate amount of spinach and set aside. There is also lotus root, slice it for later use, I forgot to take a photo.
