Soybean Roasted Pork
Overview
Braised pork with soybeans is one of the hot dishes. It’s best to use meat that is fat and lean. It tastes sweet and soft, both fat and thin, and melts in your mouth. With the addition of soybeans, it tastes great!

Soak the soybeans one night in advance and prepare all the ingredients!

Cut the meat into cubes, as shown in the picture,

Cut all the ingredients and set aside,

Turn on the heat and pour in the diced meat

Stir-fry the oil, add a small spoonful of salt, ginger, garlic, dried chili, Sichuan peppercorns, and white wine (you can use cooking wine, if you don’t have white wine at home), stir-fry,

After frying for a few minutes, add brown sugar,

After coloring, add the aniseed (the kind you buy in supermarkets and the packaging bags that contain all marinades) and stir-fry for 3 minutes,

Add the pickled ginger, pickled chili and stir-fry for 3 minutes

Add bean paste and soy sauce and stir-fry for 3 minutes

Mix appropriate amount of water,

Add the soybeans, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium to low heat for 30 to 40 minutes!

Plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve!
