Prepare the ingredients, green bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, slice duck blood for later use, mince ginger and garlic, and chop green onions (I forgot to take a photo of the green onions)

Do not add any oil to the pot. Add the chili segments and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant. Pour out and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 70% hot. Add the minced ginger, garlic, and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the mushrooms and green bamboo shoots. Add half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce and a third of a teaspoon of chicken powder. Cook over high heat until the pieces are raw. Remove and pour into the prepared container

Boil the duck blood for three minutes over high heat

Pour the cooked duck blood on the green bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, add the fried Sichuan peppercorns and chili segments, and add a little minced garlic and chopped green onion
