Cut the tenderloin into shreds, add a little salt, black pepper, egg white, and starch and mix well. Set aside.

Cut the fungus into small pieces, cut the wild rice, radish, and pepper into shreds and set aside.

Cut onions, ginger and garlic into shreds and set aside.

Add cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, starch, and soy sauce to the bean paste to make a sauce and set aside.

Pour 50% to 60% oil into the pot and when it is hot, pour in the shredded meat and cut it into white, take it out and set aside.
