Pork Dumplings with Shepherd's Purse and Bamboo Shoots
Overview
The Chinese New Year is coming soon. I went through the refrigerator and found some ingredients that have been hidden for a long time. Let’s eat them quickly. Otherwise, the release of New Year’s goods will be delayed. Not as delicious as dumplings. I haven’t made dumplings at home for a long time. I’m going to practice my skills first, and I also plan to buy some fresh ingredients and pack them for quick freezing.
