When I was little, I felt that the most powerful person was my mother. She was not afraid of the dark, knew everything, made delicious meals, and kept my life in order. I had to go to her when I cried and didn't know what to do. But I seem to have forgotten that the person I relied on was once a little girl, who was afraid of the dark and shed tears, and who was clumsy and would get pricked by needles. The most beautiful girl, what makes you so strong, is it time or love? Mother's Day is coming soon, so I created a fancy pasta to give to my favorite mom.

Prepare ingredients. Ordinary flour: 500g, yeast: 4g, aluminum-free baking powder: 1g

Press the red yeast rice into powder, add water and boil, filter out the residue with gauze, leave the red yeast rice water, and set aside to warm. You can also buy ready-made red yeast rice powder and mix it directly with the noodles. I feel that the red yeast rice water I make is more reliable.

Mix yeast and baking powder into flour and mix well. Take three small amounts of flour and mix them with cocoa powder, matcha powder and red yeast rice water to form three-color dough. Place the three-color dough in different containers, cover with moist drawer cloth, and ferment separately in a warm place.

Make a head flower. Shape the red dough into small balls and flatten them. Place them one by one as shown in the picture. Use chopsticks to press slightly in the middle.
