Chicken soup and fresh meat wontons
Overview
My wife wanted to eat wontons, so she quickly went to the market to buy fresh pork. The soup base of the wontons is concentrated chicken stock, which has a rich flavor.

Chop the pork into meat.

Wash and mince ginger.

Wash the green onions and cut into small pieces.

Put the pork stuffing, onion and ginger into a container, add pepper, five-spice powder, salt, soy sauce, Maggi and peanut oil and stir in one direction.

Wrap wontons in cut wonton wrappers and set aside.

Cook the wontons and set aside.

Add water to the pot and pour a bag of concentrated chicken stock.

Bring to a boil over high heat.

Add appropriate amount of seaweed and dried shrimps to the bowl.

Pour in the cooked chicken stock.

Add wontons.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and chopped green onion and serve.
