Chuan Chuan Mala Tang
Overview
When you make spicy skewers at home, you can eat whatever you like, mix and match the ingredients as you like, and the soup flavor can also be adjusted to your own taste. Today I used Malatang seasoning, which is quite spicy, so I didn’t use a large amount, but the spicy flavor was enough, and the whole family thought the taste was just right.

Pour the cooked soup into a deep casserole. Since there is very little oil in the soup, I added some oil from the braised broth. This oil is more fragrant

Then put all the ingredients except pig blood and money tripe into a casserole, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 2 minutes

Then add the money tripe and pig blood and cook for another 2 minutes
