Stir-fried prawns with two peppers
Overview
Prawns are delicious no matter how you eat them. This time, I boiled the shrimps in a hot water pot, added steamed fish soy sauce, and stir-fried them with chili peppers. The taste was very delicious. It's a little lighter than braised prawns, and it's also a quick meal. Ingredients: 200 grams of Rocher shrimp Ingredients: 10 grams of red pepper, 10 grams of green pepper, 5 grams of ginger, 5 grams of green onions, 5 grams of garlic, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce for steamed fish, 1/3 teaspoon of starch, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, a little refined salt, appropriate amount of cooking oil
