Overview
Sixi roasted bran is a famous dish in Shanghai and is also very popular in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. It is a must-have cold dish on the New Year's Eve dinner table for Ningbo people. Among them, the four joys have profound meanings, peanuts mean health and longevity, raw bran means wealth, mushrooms mean good luck, and daylily means gold.

Prepare the ingredients, soak fungus, shiitake mushrooms, day lily, and peanuts in advance and wash them, remove the red coating on the peanuts and set aside;

Put the roasted bran into boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes, blanch the water to remove the fishy smell;

Blanch the roasted bran in cold water, squeeze out the water and cut into small pieces; cut the mushrooms into pieces;
