Wash fresh fennel and remove the old roots

Cut into small pieces, add some salt and marinate to release the water

Prepared pork mince

Add cooking wine, salt, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, sesame oil, five-spice powder, bean paste and chicken powder and stir well

Squeeze the water from the fennel and add it to the pork filling
