It seems that there is no special requirement to eat rice dumplings, but after all, rice dumplings are eaten on festivals across the country, so it goes without saying that rice dumplings are eaten. I guess it’s to eat the egg yolk at the same time. The rice dumplings in the south are basically soy sauce rice dumplings, and then add pork belly and egg yolk. I’ve posted several rice dumpling recipes, how could I forget the gluttonous variety of egg yolk rice dumplings! This year the Dragon Boat Festival is in school (it seems like it is in school every year...), and the weather is very hot. It is not convenient to buy some fresh meat, especially pork belly with fat, so I choose bacon with more fat instead.
