Rice cooker two-color cake roll—for those who don’t have an oven and want to DIY
I really love cakes, but I have never dared to buy an oven to go home~~The project is too big and too deep, is there any~~I am not mentally prepared yet, so I searched for rice cooker cakes, referenced various versions, and practiced. I found that the doll's rice cooker cake version is very suitable for us novices who do not have accurate measuring tools. The measuring tool is very simple, which is an ordinary spoon. If the egg whites are beaten well, it will be 100% successful. So the basic cake body of this two-color cake roll is made according to her recipe. Here I will take photos and explain in detail step by step. If you are not clear about it, you can check out the recipe for the doll. If everyone understands how to make the cake, please skip it directly. Hehe, I hope to share it with more friends. I remember how eager I was to know the detailed process! I have made the basic cake many times, and suddenly I thought, can I roll a cake roll myself? So I tried it and found that it can be done. I was so happy! I really like to mess around~ But if you make it yourself, you can eat it with peace of mind, especially if you have children at home. The various additives bought from outside are scary just thinking about it. So, those who are not afraid of trouble and love to make troubles, let’s take action!

Taro cake
A simple taro rice cake is as auspicious as the taro rice cake rises! The beautiful meaning coupled with the simple making method is one of the few rice cake making methods I learned from my mother. It is a good way to digest the bacon at home😀😀😀I added a little radish to add some fresh flavor! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Mom no longer has to worry about me not having rice cakes to eat during the holidays🤗🤗😀😀👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Secret Sweet and Sour King Ribs
Wash 8 to 9 pork ribs and boil them in cold water until the water boils (to remove blood foam and impurities). Rinse with running water and drain. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot. Add the ribs and fry over low heat until golden brown on all sides. Pour cooking wine, dark soy sauce, Zhenjiang vinegar into the pot, cover the bone noodles with water, add ginger slices, turmeric sugar, two dried chili peppers, 4 garlic cloves, salt, chicken essence, and a little black pepper. Simmer over medium heat until the soup is reduced to 40%. Add Zhenjiang vinegar, a small amount of cooking wine, and water to cover the bone noodles. Simmer over medium to low heat again until the soup is reduced to 30%. Remove from the pot, pour on the soup and serve. The meat is rich in flavor, sweet and sour, and leaves a lingering flavor in the mouth. Four pieces at a time are no problem, and the soup can be added to a large bowl of rice.

White honey beans
The white beans at home were given to the cat by my mother, but they have been left uncooked. It’s either that I haven’t thought about how to eat them, or I’m lazy and don’t want to move. I won’t put them off today. I will soak the white beans tonight while I have a rest tomorrow. This will save a lot of time when cooking tomorrow. The white beans are crystal clear and plump, absorbing enough water, and are soft and sweet in the mouth. Use them to make snacks, make steamed buns, or mix them into milk tea to bring a very good taste.
