Overview

Influenced by my mother since childhood, I loved eating dumplings. When I grew up, my married husband also loved eating dumplings. This is my daily meal.

  1. Reconciled noodles and stuffing

  2. Add leeks, fungus (chopped), ginger (chopped) and meat filling (add cooking wine, pepper, and Sichuan pepper powder and mix well). Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and cooking oil and mix well.

  5. Roll into long strips, pull into small balls, and flatten

  6. Roll out the dough

  10. Boil the pot and place the dumplings. Turn the pot to the third boil and you are ready to eat
