The day before yesterday I went to the vegetable market and bought some beef. It was very expensive beef. It cost more than 30 yuan a pound. I bought more than two pounds. I braised it myself yesterday. The [Beef Mixed with Hot Sauce] was delicious. It is a great dish to go with wine when entertaining guests during the Chinese New Year!

Steps

Prepare the raw materials, wash the beef and cut into large pieces
