Finely chop the chilli, ginger and garlic.

Chop cilantro and green onions.

Break open the cabbage, wash it and cut into large pieces.

Set aside vermicelli.

Heat the pot, add oil, add chili, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add cabbage, fungus, mushrooms, meatballs and vermicelli, add salt, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices and appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stir-fry until the vermicelli is fragrant and soft.
