Golden seven-grain cereal roll
Overview
The countdown to the Lunar New Year is just seven days away, and everyone has made full preparations for the New Year's Eve dinner a month in advance. Our family's reunion dinner has been at a restaurant for the past two years, so it's very relaxing. The New Year dishes in each place have local flavors, so I still cook them according to my own preferences and tastes. I personally like to eat Cantonese and Sichuan food. If I were to host the reunion dinner, it would be mainly Cantonese food. In addition to cooking some traditional dishes, I also like to make some creative dishes. On big days, big fish and meat are indispensable on the dining table; so you can make some multigrain rice to relieve tiredness, or change the dishes to have a good intention. The sugar content of multigrain rice is lower than that of white rice, so you should pay attention to the health of your family and elders when you reunite with them during the New Year. You can also make rice cereal from multigrain rice and use it as a drink, which is healthier than drinking drinks with additives.

Take a piece of yuba clothing and trim off the harder edges, which will make it easier to operate.

Cut the yuba clothes in half.
-
Spread the seasoned seven-grain rice evenly, without spreading it too thickly.
-
Arrange a carrot stick, long cowpea, large roots, mushroom slices, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
-
Roll up the yuba clothes and press them firmly while rolling.
-
Roll up to the edge of the yuba garment and stop, spread the mixed flour paste thinly on the edge of the yuba garment, and then close it.
-
The left and right sides of the beancurd skin are also covered with flour paste to seal.
-
Put a little oil in the pan, heat it over medium-low heat, add the multi-grain rolls, and fry the yuba until golden brown.
-
After cooling, cut into small pieces and serve.
