Fried Vermicelli with Minced Pork and Mushrooms
Overview
I originally planned to make minced pork vermicelli, but there were three more shiitake mushrooms in the refrigerator and I put them in, but I didn’t expect it to taste good!

Soak the vermicelli in cold water in advance and set aside

Mince ginger and garlic, mince green onions, slice mushrooms and mince meat for later use

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it to 70% heat. Break up the minced meat and fry until it changes color. Add a teaspoon of cooking wine

Add a teaspoon of bean paste, minced garlic, and minced ginger and stir-fry

Add mushrooms and stir-fry together

Add about half a cup of water, add a teaspoon of dark soy sauce and bring to a boil over high heat for two minutes

Add the soaked vermicelli, season with half a teaspoon of chicken powder and cook for two minutes

Add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly

Finished product, take it out of the pan and sprinkle with chopped coriander
