Fried oil corner
Overview
Fried Youjiao is a traditional Han snack in Guangdong Province. It is shaped like a "purse", that is, a wallet. Inside is sesame sugar, bean paste, and potato puree. It means that your wallet will be full and you will make a lot of money next year. My father also makes it every year, but he uses glutinous rice flour. Someone told me to use flour, and it will be very crispy when fried. I used flour and glutinous rice flour, and the crispy texture is also a bit chewy.
