Chop the pork into minced meat, put it in a bowl, add refined salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, white pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, eggs, sesame oil, minced onion, ginger, garlic and water starch.

Stir the meat filling evenly and beat vigorously in one direction until the meat filling becomes sticky.

Spread the dry tofu flatly on the sushi mat and spread the pork filling evenly.

Roll the dry tofu roll on the sushi curtain and compact it for a week, then release the sushi curtain and roll it again, and so on. Apply water starch when rolling to the edge.

Steam over high heat for 12 minutes.
