Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the vermicelli in cold water in advance, wash and cut the leeks into sections and set aside.
-
Wash and slice the pork, then grind it into a meat grinder.
-
I grind more at a time and freeze the excess. Put the meat filling into a bowl, add minced ginger, peppercorns, soy sauce, and salt, mix well, and marinate for a quarter of an hour.
-
Heat a wok, pour in corn oil, add star anise, dried red pepper, and green onion, stir-fry until fragrant, add minced meat and stir-fry until white, add sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add soy sauce and stir-fry until browned.
-
Add half a bowl of water to the pot, add the vermicelli, cook until the vermicelli becomes soft, and add a little salt to taste.
-
When the soup in the pot dries up, add the leek segments, stir-fry evenly and quickly turn off the heat, serve on a plate, perfect for rice.
