Home version of simple grilled fish
Overview
I have always preferred grilled fish, but after having a baby, I felt that taking her to eat in a place with a lot of fumes was not good for her health. She was really greedy, so she developed a family version of simple grilled fish. Since it doesn’t require an oven, it is recommended to use a frying pan if you are looking for a high-quality meal. (I don’t have a frying pan at home, so I use a wok instead) The taste is slightly spicy, spicy or not depends on what you like, and you can add ingredients as appropriate. Making it yourself is not only low-cost, but also healthy and safe to eat! I would like to mention that the oil used is flax oil, a specialty of my hometown. It is very fragrant for cooking and is good for the body! Recommended to everyone!

- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Enoki mushroom 200g
- Garlic Appropriate amount
- Ginger Appropriate amount
- June fresh bean paste Two spoons
- Lettuce One-third of a tree
- Light soy sauce Two spoons
Steps
-
Choose fish, I used sea bass. Clean, change the knife, and cut the fish maw
-
Marinate the fish with cooking wine and salt for half an hour. Use this half hour to wash vegetables and prepare ingredients.
-
Prepare the ingredients at the bottom of the wok and dice them all
-
Prepare the side dishes. This can be based on your own preferences. Add whatever you like. In order to ensure the taste, you need to cut the size and thickness according to the length of time it has been cooked, because it needs to be cooked together. I added sweet potatoes, enoki mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and lettuce. In fact, adding vermicelli, potato slices and kelp is also very good

If you have a double-burner stove, you can save time by grilling the fish and frying the base at the same time. Let me talk about the stir-fried base first. Heat a pan of cold oil, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry red oil, add tempeh, June fresh, stir-fry until fragrant, add diced onions, shallots, coriander, millet, spicy ginger diced for one minute, add broth or warm water, add salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce after boiling, turn off the heat after boiling the pot again.
-
Place the marinated fish in tin foil and wrap tightly. Brush oil on the bottom of the pan, add the wrapped fish, and bake over medium heat for 15 minutes
-
Arrange the side dishes on the bottom of the pot, turn the grilled fish over and place it on the side dishes. The grilled fish is as shown below
-
Side dishes stacked on the bottom of the pot
-
Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for ten minutes.
-
The fish was served to the table and couldn’t wait to be eaten. The fish was fresh and tender, the taste was moderate, and it was delicious!
-
Pair it with a bowl of rice, and after one bowl, have another bowl.
