Spicy Grilled Fish
Overview
It was my first time to make grilled fish, and I found that it was actually quite simple. It was just like making hot pot. Just put whatever side dishes you like into it and slurp it.

Steps
-
Stuff the fish with ginger slices, apply salt and cooking wine to the fish, and marinate for 10 minutes. Then arrange the dish: put the onions on the bottom layer, put the pork belly slices on top, put the fish on top, add a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce, and brush the fish with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
-
Prepare seasonings: millet pepper, ginger and garlic, Sichuan pepper aniseed, cinnamon, dried chili pepper, cumin powder, three pieces of rock sugar, Pixian bean paste
-
Take out the fish that has been grilled for 15 minutes and start arranging the dishes: potatoes, cabbage, tofu, shredded beans, shredded konjac, and enoki mushrooms.
-
Stir-fry the seasoning in picture 2, add a little vegetable oil (lard), stir-fry over medium heat, add boiling water and two tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce after fragrant, and decide whether to add salt according to personal taste (the bean paste is already salty, but I think the taste is a bit bland, so I add another spoonful of salt). Pour the soup into the baking dish and bake for another 15 minutes. Take it out halfway and add crab sticks (because crab sticks are easy to melt, I didn’t add them at the beginning)

OK, sprinkle a little millet pepper, black sesame seeds, and pour cooked oil on top (squealing). Add a few more cilantro. Then take photos like crazy, share it on your friends circle, and then you can start eating😆
