Overview
This braised hairtail fish is a little different from the past. The difference is that this time the braised hairtail fish uses fermented bean curd as the main seasoning. The thick hairtail fish is slow-cooked and the flavor is very good.

Add fermented bean curd in a bowl and crush.

Add salt, sweet noodle sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and sweet vinegar to make a sauce.

Pick and clean the hairtail fish, and coat the selected sections with flour.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fish.

After the fish is fried, add the onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, and red pepper to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
