I spent 20 minutes kneading the dough, then added butter and kneaded it for another 10 minutes. Surprisingly... I overcooked it. Yes, I kneaded it too much... Wow~~~~ I threw away the puddle of mud and started all over again! Give you 100 likes! What an efficiency! If we had met earlier, I might not have bought a cooking machine, haha! Many people use bread machines to make bread, but the finished product is too heavy and not soft enough. This does not rule out the reasons for using different flours with different gluten contents.
