Mango ice cream
Seeing that summer is over, looking back, I have never made ice cream once! Now, while the weather is still hot, I quickly made this mango ice cream! The refrigerator was full of food and there was no space as big as an ice cream bucket. I moved it around and finally made a space the size of a lunch box. Today's ice cream, as you may have guessed, is handmade. If you like it, please do it together!

Vanilla cigarette cookies
An unexpected egg white, I couldn't bear to leave it there. I quickly searched for ways to solve the problem. Teacher Meng’s cigarette biscuits seemed to be a good choice. In fact, this is an egg roll made of egg white. I was too lazy to imitate the stripes of matcha cocoa squeezed out by Teacher Meng, so I just made it pure and original. The edge was too thin, so I had no choice but to leave the round cake with a dark edge, but after rolling it up, the effect didn't seem too bad. Just make do with it.

Tofu nao is divided into north and south, and you can choose salty or sweet. Old Beijing Tofu Pudding is a favorite among Beijingers for its salty and delicious taste. The tender and smooth tofu bun is paired with the moderately flavored braised pork and is an indispensable backbone of the breakfast table. The key point of delicious tofu pudding is the marinade. C’s mom’s private choice – money mushrooms in oyster sauce
There was a lot of rain this summer. When I took CC to Slender West Lake, I found several unknown umbrella-shaped white mushrooms sprouting from the grass under the trees near the north gate. Little C finally understood: This is how mushrooms grow! This golden mushroom dish with oyster sauce takes the delicious taste of golden mushroom and makes it even more delicious when paired with oyster sauce. Although it is a vegetarian dish, it has a slightly chewy texture that can compete with meat. The Queen of Mushrooms truly deserves its reputation, making your baby fall in love with eating! [Ingredients] 100g money mushroom, 1 red pepper. [Seasoning] One spoonful of oyster sauce, a little light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of sugar, and two garlic cloves.

Coconut Cheese Pumpkin Pie
I always feel a little hungry on holiday afternoons, so I decided to bake a pumpkin pie for afternoon tea. The pumpkin pie with cream cheese has a crispy crust, smooth pie filling, rich milky flavor, and tastes like an egg tart. The shredded coconut sprinkled at the end is the finishing touch. In a cozy afternoon, the sweet pumpkin pie and silky milk tea go well together.

Mushrooms braised in red wine
In fact, I have wanted to make this braised mushroom dish for a long time, but my husband doesn’t like Western food, so I hesitated for a long time. In order to make him fall in love with Western food, the ingredients for this dish were very heavy. Haha, more than half a bottle of red wine was used. My colleague said that this dish of yours is really expensive! Regardless of whether it’s expensive or not, my husband said this dish is delicious, how did you make it? That's enough!
