  3. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for ten minutes, cut the meat into thin slices, clean and cut the cabbage into slices, and slice the green pepper.

  4. Marinate the meat with salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, dark soy sauce, starch, and sesame oil for ten minutes.

  5. Pour oil into the pot, the oil temperature is 60% hot, put the marinated meat slices into the pot and fry until it turns white.
