Small fresh version of boiled fish
Overview
In my impression, boiled fish is full of red peppers. Today I made a fresh version of boiled fish, adding some mushrooms and edamame seeds! Just don’t choose sea bass for cooking. Although there are few fish bones, it will not be shaped and will break into pieces!

I bought 2 sea bass at a discount in the supermarket. My lesson is not to use them to make fish fillets

Clean and fillet the fish

Put the fish fillets into a bowl and add egg white

Mix well with your hands and marinate for a while

After boiling again, add salt and chicken essence to taste. I added beef powder

After boiling, put the fish fillets in and bring to boil and take them out immediately

Put the fish fillets into a basin

Add appropriate amount of cooked soup

Add some chopped green onion and red pepper
