Wash the appropriate amount of Babao rice (you can go to the supermarket to buy ready-packed rice, or you can buy zero rice and prepare it yourself)

Pour in appropriate amount of spring water and soak for 2 hours

Soak the lotus seeds in water for 8 hours in advance

Prepare candied dates, raisins, rock sugar, peanuts, and longan for later use

Washed organic kidney beans produced in Northeast China

Put it into a pot with appropriate amount of water and cook for 30 minutes

Cook until the beans split and they are done

Put the soaked rice, lotus seeds, cooked kidney beans and peanuts into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker and close the lid

Set up the program: cook porridge, two buttons for richness

Cook for 1 hour, release the pressure, open the lid, add rock sugar and longan, keep warm for 10 minutes

Then add candied dates and raisins

Stir evenly and it's ready to eat. It's very sweet and smooth
