Dumplings
Overview
In my hometown, during festivals, people always steam various kinds of pastries in order to seek good omens, among which multi-colored steamed buns are the most common. My mother is no exception. In addition to steaming steamed buns, she also steams this kind of dumplings every year. These dumplings are in the shape of cabbage. Cabbage means hundreds of wealth. The flower in the middle means hundreds of flowers blooming, and the one behind is money generation, which means money. Take a look if you like:

Put the meat filling into the thick soup pot, soybean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir well; then heat some hot oil in the pot (you can control the amount of oil), and when it is warm, pour it on top of the thick soup pot

Stir an onion, a carrot, and half a cabbage into a filling and pour it into the meat filling. Add the roasted peanuts in advance, peel and crush them

Boil the flour (according to the ratio of one pound of flour to one pound of water) at about 80 degrees and knead it into a dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes; for green, mix spinach juice, matcha powder and pandan oil, and for red, use red yeast powder and pomegranate powder (both can be mixed with vegetable juice)
