  1. Prepare the raw materials and soak the tofu in boiling water for a few minutes;

  2. Chop the Pixian tofu sauce into small pieces;

  3. Stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns over low heat;

  4. Crush the fragrant Sichuan peppercorns into powder with a rolling pin;

  5. Add salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and other seasonings to the beef filling, stir them evenly and set aside;

  6. Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant;
