Roast bran, day lily, mushrooms, yuba, fungus, peanut kernels, soak them in advance, prepare seasonings, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, bay leaves, salt, etc.

Cut the soaked yuba into sections diagonally, slice the winter bamboo shoots, and slice the carrots.

Tear the soaked fungus into small florets, cut the mushrooms into large pieces (larger mushrooms can be cut in half diagonally), and remove the old roots from the day lily and set aside.

Cut the soaked roasted bran into cubes (after soaking the roasted bran, rinse and squeeze it to wash away the sour smell of fermentation.
