Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients you need. Everyone's favorite dishes are different. Some have more meat and some have more vegetables, so you don't need to prepare them according to your own taste here.
-
Boil water and blanch the vegetables, fungi, and meat separately. It can be done if they are about seven or eight years old (the water must be dried for the fungi). Garlic moss, fungus, peppers, and green vegetables are easy to ripen, so there is no need to blanch them again.
-
Pour a little oil into the pot, add the pork and fry (I chose more pork oil, so I put less oil)
-
After frying the pork, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry
-
Turn down the heat a little, pour in the hot pot base ingredients, and simmer the hot pot base ingredients (the heat must be a little lower, otherwise the base ingredients, onions, ginger, and garlic will be mushy in the pot)
-
After the hot pot base ingredients are boiled, pour in the prawns, hot pot meatballs, and crab sticks in order and continue to stir-fry
-
Then pour in the blanched shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, and fungus and continue to stir-fry, then add the chili greens, stir-fry briefly, then add salt and chicken essence according to your personal salt amount
