Braised meat chowder
Overview
I usually don’t cook, so my husband works very hard to cook for me. Today, Friday, my husband will come back very late, so I wanted to make some late-night snacks for him to eat when he comes back!

This is the ingredient needed for braised food.

This is something that needs to be marinated. Just prepare whatever you like to eat.

First blanch the meat in boiling water to remove any blood stains.

This is marinade.

Slice the ginger and crush the strawberries.

The marinade is packed in gauze and tied. (Be careful to leave extra space in the gauze, as the marinade will expand after cooking)

Here are the seasonings needed in the process of making brine, which are: rice wine, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, rock sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and peanut oil.

After everything is ready, now start making braised meat. Pour peanut oil into the pot.

When the oil is 70% hot, pour the rock sugar into the pot and reduce the heat to low.

After the rock sugar is refined, pour in the brown sugar.

The brown sugar is refined into small bubbles.

Pour the refined sugar into the saucepan. (The refined sugar must be poured out immediately, as it will turn into hard lumps when cold)

Put the food to be marinated and the marinade packet into the pot.

Add rice wine, dark soy sauce, salt and MSG.

Add water to a height where all the ingredients are submerged. After the water boils over medium heat, stew over low heat for half an hour and then you can eat. (If you are not busy eating, let the food soak in the brine for a few hours after stewing it, which will make it more delicious)
