Overview
Brine should be considered a major feature of the Chaoshan region of Guangdong. If the raw materials are well matched, the brine tastes quite good. Of course, the home version can only be combined simply, but the taste is not bad. I believe many people have eaten the marinated platter in restaurants or hotels. The plate is big enough but the amount of ingredients is not much. In order to enjoy the meal, you can make a big platter yourself.
