Laba noodles
Overview
Being in Guanzhong, Shaanxi Province, we eat Laba noodles on Laba day. The ingredients used are both meat and vegetable, and the soup is rich and delicious. A spoonful of toppings is placed on top of the noodles and mixed well. The taste is really great. The noodles are chewy and the soup is delicious and not greasy. After one bowl, you will be full of energy.

Soak and wash the fungus and day lily in advance. Wash and cut the beef into small cubes. Then wash the beans, shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms and carrots.

Prepare onions, ginger and garlic.
