Shrimp and vegetable casserole rice noodles

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, add dry rice noodles, and cook over low heat until it can be pinched off when lifted with chopsticks

Take out the rice noodles and soak them in cold water and set aside

Take another small pot and boil water. Wash the fresh shrimps, devein them and blanch them in the pot. Slice and shred other side dishes as needed, blanch them in the pot separately, drain and set aside

Wash and slice the tomatoes, blanch the broccoli and tear it into small florets for later use (I forgot to take a photo). Shred the cabbage and blanch it

Take a large casserole, take out the shredded cabbage and spread it evenly on the bottom of the casserole

Drain the rice noodles and place on top of the cabbage

Place the blanched side dishes and shrimps separately on the rice noodles

Place tomato slices in the middle and broccoli around

Bring the water used to blanch vegetables in a small saucepan to a boil

Add 1 spoon of seafood soy sauce, 1 spoon of steamed fish head, 1 spoon of mirin, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1/2 spoon of pepper powder, 1/2 spoon of white pepper powder, and 1/3 spoon of ginger powder and mix thoroughly. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder to taste

Pour the soup into the casserole, just enough to cover the vegetables

Place the casserole on the stove and bring to a boil then remove from heat. Sprinkle with coriander and white sesame seeds
