Lady's Kiss

The theme of the finals is healthy 100% baking, which means that the entries must not only be delicious, but also healthier. In order to make baked goods that fit the theme, the first thing I made was this little refreshing cookie without butter: Lady's Kiss. The name is so strange. It is said that it originated in France. Because it looks more like lips asking for a kiss, it was given this name by the romantic French. This biscuit is also very simple to make. It does not require any molds. You only need a small baking spoon or a ball scoop to achieve the perfect shape. The original recipe used rapeseed oil, but I used olive oil. Although no butter is used, since almond flour is included in the recipe, this cookie tastes really delicious. The key is that it is very healthy and not burdensome to eat.
